    i thought it was going to lead to something bigger cartmans vision of the men getting milked was pretty funny. i think they know they f----- up this season too why they called it end of serialization

    I give this season something like 1/10.
    It was really bad, i watched a whole South Park season and barely laughed.

    This show was built around cultural, political satire mixed in with crass and rude humor. WTF happened to Matt & Trey?

    Honestly the show sucks now anyways so I don't really care.

    But they'll change their mind, guarantee they'll go after Trump next season.

    Matt and Trey never really take shots at presidents. Back when the show was great Bush wasn't mocked, and he gave them 8 years of great material.

    This whole season was clunky.

    One minute was Trump, then Butters leading a resistance in a gender war, then Member Berries, then Trolltrace, then Eric and Heidi's relationship.

    I liked Eric/Heidi's relationship, but their was so much failed potential with that and everything else.

    The 6 days to air format doesn't work if you're depending on the election results for your storyline

    I did like that they went with one story for the whole season though. But I mean a lot of the season was also about trump. I did like it but not once did I laugh out loud like I did at earlier seasons.

    They have gone soft.. and picked storyline over being really funny.

    Remember 'I made you eat your parents' or the episode cartman played hitler.. etc. I miss episodes like that.

    Same... I don't think Matt and Trey are interested in the comedy aspect anymore, they're trying to compete with dramas now since there are so many shows doing what South Park was doing.

    South Park hasn't been consistently funny since Season 8, although Season 9-13 has some classics.

    Season 19 was a much better execution of the serial angle. Although the ending was a little disappointing, the political commentary and storylines were executed brilliantly. And Twerk x Craig is an showcase of how good Trey Parker is as a writer.

    Thats with every show same as sitcoms.. they start off being funny and somehow unique and eventually its all the same relationship drama (with some exceptions of course)

    The Simpsons started off as this anti-comedy but then it became like "All in the Family" or "The Brady Bunch" except they constantly use the show to poke on fandom and mess with their fans which has become uninspired and lame. Shows are more than just fanbases, it's about the casual viewer.

    Nah that was 18, but that was the first season since 13 to being extremely solid

    19 was PC Principal, SODOSOPA, ISIS, Whole Foods, and Internet Ads taking over the world.

    I'm glad they went for the long storyline seasons for a few seasons though. You could tell that Trey Parker and Matt Stone were getting fed up and tired of the old format of South Park during Season 14-17
