Game is fun and all but WHY THE f--- is there no story mode or whatever...or galactical conquest.

I f---ing love this game haha. I picked it up at launch and haven't had a single regret. I get so caught up on the Star Wars aspect of it, I know that sounds stupid but if this was a military shooter with such a lack of content I would have traded it in by now. But it reminds me of when I was a kid and I'd have these giant battles with all my Star Wars action figures and I made up my own story. I'm pretty sure someone is buying me the season pass for this so I have no complaints.

Man it's been a while since I saw this. EA really f----- this game.

I'm actually enjoying it, and it is beautiful. f--- this season pass though. The game has obviously been diced up (no pun) to be sold in chunks. No multiplayer-only Star Wars shooter should be allowed to ship with only 4 planets.

I'd wait for it to go on sale. I had it, it's missing that addictiveness that CoD and Battlefield have. Like after you finish a match you just don't feel the need to continue. My experience of course, could be different for you!

Not bad, I got it for 72. Played it and was meh about it sold it a few days later for 70 (luckily getting my money back). Give it a shot. The graphics and sound are amazing. It just lacks that feel, it's hard to explain.

EDIT: I'm almost on winter holidays, gonna get lost in MGS:V when I get a chance haha.

It has been confirmed by DICE that there is no Ep7 or prequel era dlc content. I look forward to watching EA continuing to milk the OT for an entire season pass. smfh

Mixed feelings about this game. On one hand I h8 how the features are so limited/less compared to battlefront 2, on another hand, I really like how it feels similar to CS:GO in terms of an online shooter. Compared to battlefront 2 and without a story it does feel kind of like an incomplete game, but I can sort of see what they are going for (and possibly aiming for in the future). I had a f--- ton of fun playing survival co-op with my m8 earlier today, was f---ing awesome and the most fun i've had in a multiplayer game in a while. Visuals are amazing, was amazed when I saw the AT-AT sheilds go down in walker assault because of the amount of lasers n s--- flying everywhere, really reminded me of the movies. Seeing just all this crazy star wars s--- in a massive scale with amazing graphics really gave me a lot of nostalgia, some of the graphics are pretty much just as good looking when seen at a distance in-game which is what I found the most amazing.

I was reading a little while ago that EA can use the IP of Star Wars for 19 years (if i can recall correctly - it was a really long time though). SO sounds like Battlefront 2 will have episode 7,8,9 content, easy.

They just had to rename it, cause Disney/EA own the rights to the brand.
