Brady isn't the best in the league, but I agree. No one would have been able to do what Brady did and no one will be for a long time. He is the best QB of all time and that wont change for a while (Unless Rodgers picks up another ring or two)

Like people are saying, enjoy history being made, because you'll say to your kids and grandkids one day that no team has ever had the same dynasty as the Patriots you watched.

How are you going to say, "Brady isn't the best in the league," and then say he is the best QB of all time? lol

I think the whole argument of Rodgers being better went out the window last week

Edit: and I hate when people bring up the mobility factor. That's not gonna matter when Rodgers is Brady's age and can't move anymore, so he won't be playing at this high of a level at 39

Ugh guys, Rodgers has 1 super bowl and Brady is probably about to get his 5th, Brady's also been consistently great for a longer period of time..

So what exactly is the argument in Rodgers favor here? I'm not seeing it, wouldn't even put him in the conversation as best ever yet... It's still possible he gets there though.

If you're one of those 'super bowls are a team thing' then don't even bother please.. Yes obviously you need a great team but in any sport those in the best ever conversation have multiple championships. When you're comparing legends to other legends, the number of championships is one of the top deciding factors if not the top one.

High powered Rodgers couldn't score more than 13 points against the Falcons until it was garbage time. He chokes nearly every time in the playoffs. And here we are again with Brady in the super bowl for the 7th time, but let's just pretend Rodgers is in Brady's league. Heroes get remembered but legends never die.

Love or hate the Pats, you have to admire Brady. He's been the best overall QB the last 15 years or so.

Imagine if a 6th round pick ends up being the starting QB for 6 super bowl wins lol, definitely could happen.

Imgine what the Browns franchise might look like today if they picked him instead of Courtney Brown first overall.

Don't under estimate what the great Courtney Brown has done for the city of Cleveland man.

aaron rodgers' career QB rating in the playoffs is 99.4 that's VERY high, and its better than tom brady's. that rating strongly suggests that he hasn't choked in the playoffs. the reason the packers' have underachieved in the playoffs is because of their defense.

yes, super bowls matter, but its a TEAM accomplishment. for the record, i'm perfectly fine if you think brady is better (they're so close, you might as well flip a coin) but you can most DEFINITELY make an argument that rodgers is better.

They're not close. At all. You can't flip a coin. Brady is on the Mount Rushmore of NFL players, not just QBs. Rodgers is in the class below with Marino, Aikman, Tarkenton, etc. You can twist any stat numbers to work in your benefit if you wanted to. I'd take Brady over Rodgers to be the QB on my team 10/10 times

    guess we'll agree to disagree

but saying he almost always chokes in the playoffs is a TERRIBLE argument. His QB rating in the playoffs is almost 100......so he's obviously not choking once he gets to the post season

Meanwhile the average points per game the packers have given up in the playoffs in Rodgers time is 36 and that's A LOT

Numbers literally don't matter in the playoffs. If he doesn't choke then why doesn't his team win like they do in the regular season? Because playoff football is a complete different game and Rodgers refuses to adjust.

God, numbers aren't always a great indication of who's better. Football isn't baseball or even basketball.

That's why people float to pass rushers instead of lineman who double gap. Yes, sacks are great but occupying two or three offensive linemen help your defense way more. It's the same with QB.

Yes, being able to pass, protect the ball and score are big parts of being a QB, but being a great QB is more about controlling your ENTIRE offense. Brady has been the best at this since about 03.

People used to marvel at Peyton's throwing abilities but do you know the greatest play ever by him was?

2006 AFC Title Game vs Patriots, he calls a handoff to Joseph Addai for a 1 yard TD.

Usually he'd throw it, but it was UNSELFISH and it was true knowledge of the situation.

This is why Brady is the GOAT. He maximizes his offenses chances of, not only scoring, but controlling the game.

Rodgers really hasn't reached Brady's level yet. He puts up awesome stats, which makes ESPN drool over, but he's not a better quarterback than Brady.

Man, who would've known that by 2017 the debate against Brady being undisputed GOAT would've been so impossible?

7 super bowl starts, 4 super bowl wins (most all time) [in the same era with another GOAT, Peyton, in his SAME conference)

    most wins

more playoff wins than joe montana has playoff starts

    28 td 2 int at age 39

largest 4th quarter comeback in history against one of the best defenses in history to win his 4th super bowl

    2 MVP awards

most successful NFL player of all time

been by far the most efficient and best QB in the league for a legitimate 10 years now
