    David Sinclair has had some very interesting podcasts about aging on Joe Rogan Exerience & how to prevent it.

    Healthy diet,quality sleep(8 hrs),running,avoid stress,some weight training & fasting are the most important methods to prevent aging. He mentioned some supplements & drugs as well. He loves metformin

    I've done extensive research on Greek Philosophy and Mythology through listening to Hermit and the Recluse's Orpheus Vs. the Sirens, but I haven't heard of Bofades. Who's Bofades??
