If you're under 18 you're exempt from this but come on people. The homophobia, the mysogony, the corny outdated references, the refusal to change his style of music or reinvent himself, this list goes on and on. Yeah a few of his songs are cool to listen to maybe at the gym nowadays but how do some of you still consider him your favorite artist? This is coming from a someone who used to say "eminem is the greatest of all time he's real hip hop". Please feel free to defend yourselves and again if you're under 18 it's fine but you should at least start looking for a new favorite artist.(This ad goes away when signing up) -

Never understand how people get upset that people like music that they don't lol.
I still listen to him in 2017, brings back good memories. Same with Kanye's earlier work, Kendrick, Nas, Pac. Then I go back to ASAP, Schoolboy Q, Kendrick, Joey Bada$$.
Music is subjective, there is a reason why in 2017 he is in the top 5 most streamed rappers.
I don't get how people can listen to a Future project from start to finish but it doesn't trigger me, everyone has a different taste. -

I still remember playing The Eminem Show on my Walkman in summer of 02 I was in second grade. Stanned him while I was growing up. So many people grew up listening to Eminem it'd be like hating on your favorite cartoon show you watched growing up as a kid because its lack of something that doesn't fit with current societal ideologies. That's just unfair if you ask me. Once he dropped Recovery I lost a lot of interest though tbh. I go back now to listen to the greatest enunciation i've ever heard in hip hop. Hate his new flow, hated Recovery, hated mmlp2. Everything Relapse and before that will always remain goat though. His freestyles from the 90's and early 00's are too good to hate on as well.deluxe wife, Guma, THE SAGA and 4 others like this. -

Because homophobic and Misogynistic rap lyrics don't exist outside of Eminem. -
