Jul 15, 2017 il be honest i been listening to songs off recovery and il just go ahead and say recovery is alot better then mmlp2 it feels like the verses have more effort and emotion poured into them like 25 to life and space bound where mmlp2 is more i can do this but i can also do better dont get mwrong bad guy is praobly one of my fave tracks off mmlp2 the rest of the album is all round trash though and i dont even listen to it anymore
Jul 16, 2017 Pretty much the oppisite for me. I really like MMLP2 because most of the verses are decent and there are a lot of references to MMLP. I also like most of the beats(even so far).I can barely listen to Recovery. Most of the songs sounds to pop-ish and try hard to me. I do like Space Bound and going through changes though. I also think Relapse is better than Recovery, but worse than MMLP2. Without the accents it would've been better than MMLP2 and not too far off his 1st 3 albums.
Jul 16, 2017 SpaceBound, GTC, Seduction, Talking To Myself..... ALL better than anything on Relapse or MMLP2 except Deja Vu. For the life of me I've never understood the disdain for Recovery. You call it pop but SpaceBound is far darker than any song on those albums. In fact it's one of the darkest songs he's ever made period.

Jul 17, 2017 Those are the only good songs on Recovery. Talking 2 myself is a poor mans going through changes and a bit embarassing. We all know(Eminem too) that he's bigger than Kanye and Wayne even at that time. Beautifull,Deja Vu,Mom, Hello,Underground, My darling and Careful what you wish for>>>>> 80% of Recovery. Bad Guy, Rhyme or Reason, Love Game, Headlights, Beautiful Pain, Evil Twin and Groundhog day>80% of Recovery as well.
