Anyways, I'd say trans got lumped together with the others because the people who would oppress those groups lump them together. I was talking about Trump's position on trans military personal with somebody the other day and it took about 3 minutes before they employed the same "but what if people f--- dogs" dumb s--- people say about homosexuality.

There's a lot of weird s--- being added on like the 'No gender' gender, like what the f--- is that gender wasn't invented by the government you can't just declare you don't have one its preexisting

It's something that bothers me a bit, especially with recent issues over it popping up since Trump came into office. I really really don't like that Transgender/Transexual is lumped in with Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual.

Like.. I don't like it at all. I have nothing against Trans people, and think they deserve the same respect/rights as anyone else.. but I feel like the inclusion of Transgender rights as part of the Gay rights movement is honestly hurting the cause overall. It's a very distinct and separate issue. Just looking at the acronym is enough to annoy me.

One of those things is very obviously not like the other. Yet they're lumped together. Why in the f--- lol

Dunno why I'm posting this, but I'm bored, and I kept seeing s--- about this kind of thing pop up in my nighttime reading so I thought I'd see what you all thought. Specifically, what more liberal members here think, like @Enigma etc.

And I want to reiterate, I have no problem with trans people/their rights movement, but it's just oddly tacked onto the gay rights movement and undeniably hurting it at this point.

never really thought about it like that i guess it is pretty weird

if i were gay or bi or trans or w.e id remove myself as much as possible from that whole crowd though, opportunistic weirdos
