    He will still be in Detroit. He getting a small house strictly for making and producing music. When hes in LA he will be focusing on Movies and what not. He said with Hailie in college now he feels okay about leaving.

    2 million doesn't look very expensive for a house like that. I wonder why the value dropped so much. He bought it for like 4.5 million. House value usually go up, not down.. Plus, wouldn't the fact that Eminem owned it make it even more valuable?
