Aug 21, 2017 Somedays I just do a stretch or ab workout, or a simple 1 mile run if I'm tired or hungover. My goal is some form of exercise everyday. Even if it's only 10 minutes. Everyone can do that. Usually average a 1.5 - 3 mi run and a P90X3 workout. Exercising exclusively at home has made my fitness routine extremely easy to follow.
Aug 28, 2017 I keep thinking this is studioleaks and I can't find s---. Is that guy m solo still here? The one who does the fitness stuff? I have a question about weight lifting. Well....pussified weight lifting I guess it's with resistance bands. I lost a s--- ton of weight but I only did cardio. Now I look like that melting dude from the old batman cartoon. What do I do?
