Sep 3, 2017 No need to include the word classic here. Do I believe they are better than Recovery? No. Imo the only good thing on Relapse was Deja Vu and Beautiful. The accents amongst other things pretty much ruined the rest of the album for me. As for MMLP2, it was just all over the place. It had a couple highlights but as a whole it just didn't serve any purpose. Recovery imo is more consistent. It has it's weak songs too, but overall it's definitely the better album for me.
Sep 3, 2017 Could be, but i don't think so. Eminem decides it all in the end, he can't let another one decide songs on his albums. Anyway i prefer way more MMLP2, cause i love technicism, crazy flow etc... like mmlp2 deluxe, brainless, rap god, bad guy 4th verse, stuff like this. Recovery is more regular as flow and rhyming cause he wanted to give a more commercial atmosphere, and he did a great job tho.
Sep 3, 2017 This is what annoys me — his latter albums lack true cohesion He records about 100 songs for the album, and then picks what he thinks best fits...STIW on MMLP2? Lol..Imagine some of the gems he recorded but didn’t include on the final tracklist

Sep 3, 2017 Having a deep meaning doesn't make lyrics good. I'm so sad, The tragedy in Orlando was bad I think it's wack So I say it in rap Sound is subjective, but the song sounds quite bad to me with the slurred rapping.

Sep 3, 2017 And no, Recovery is not a classic. You could make the argument Not Afraid is a classic song, but the album as a whole is just... no. MMLP remains as his only classic.
