We have a lot of favorite or best rapper lists but that neglects acts like Kanye West because of his technical ability so f--- that. Who do you think the 20 greatest hip hop artists of all time are, this includes everything from their music, rapping ability, influence, etc.

I included Andre 3k instead of outkast because he has a lot of music w/o big boi that he wouldn't be complete without and I included Tribe instead of a single member because none of them solo have the impact all of them do
