    Almost positive he was born in Chicago, but fine you can take him off.
    It's really not. Keef, Herbo, and Durk have all put out better projects this year than Coloring Book.

    I live in Chicago & love Chance but he's not a better rapper than the other guys I mentioned.

    The city where you’re from(born in/live in) determines what rap scene you belong to. Tupac was born in New York, but he’s not a NY rapper
