    2006 is a weird year to pick for kanye because he: 1. didn't release an album and: 2. I'd argue 2010-2013 was Kanye's reign with good fridays/MBDTF (the masterpiece), WTT (the legendary collab/victory lap), CS (the label album that, while wasn't the greatest, spawned a handful of mega hits), and finally Yeezus (the complete "f--- you" to the maximalist, mainstream formula he just crafted.

    Wayne's peak is also more like 2006-2009.

    I wouldn't say Drake ran things til 2015-2016

    Honestly...yeah. He had a mean streak in the early 2000s.
