    A lot of people dont know who Nelly is fam and he sold 30 mil. It's more to it than that. Nas doesnt have to be on the same level as 50 to be a megastar. Same s--- with Drake and Eminem. Kendrick and Eminem.
    U just trying to fit in n-----.
    Vol. 1 is not a classic. Had zero impact and even Jay-z hates the album. That's why he switched the formula up on vol. 2.

    tbh the only for sure rappers that average people would know I'd say are Eminem, Snoop Dogg, and maybe Tupac and Biggie, a lot of people are really ignorant to the culture

    This is kinda embarrassing mate. No u dont know how they work. Here u go

    Riaa counts based on shipping so if they ship 6 mill copies they count as 6 mill. Soundscan is the one that count actual sales

    Second, even if 50 sold 8 mill in 2003 but only decided to buy the 6 mill certification. He only certified as 6 mill. Its not an automatic thing. Those dates mean nothing
