    so I was listening to revival earlier and debating the whole timing of when castle and arose could have been recorded. The more I thought about it, the more that I am convinced it was recorded for recovery (probably in the same session as almost famous)

    Then it made me wonder why the tracks wouldn’t have been on the disc because they are epic and it occurred to me, that Hailie was prolly around 15 when recovery came out and having all the fun of teenage years. I am betting that em decided to keep the album more impersonal and not involve haile in his music at this time. It’s the only way I can make sense of it.

    Anyways, imagine if these tracks were included on recovery.

    Eminem confirmed in an interview they werent for Recovery. The lyrics are also clearly in the pattern he uses and not like Recovery.

    Which is why he didn't mention Hailie (Whitney and Alaina, too) in Going Through Changes.

    They are for Revival. Why can't we just accept that Revival is good instead of wishing these tracks were on Recovery? Also, In Your Head is very good too. But these songs may have been written around the Recovery time, but they weren't produced during that time. The fact Eminem made these songs shows how legendary he is.
