    The Mouse and The Mask is his most accessible project. MM..FOOD is the second most accessible and his second best project. If you want storytelling, Vaudeville Villain is the best for that. Madvillainy is his best project overall. Operation: DOOMSDAY is a classic too, but I would listen to 1 or 2 projects from him first and then go back to it

    Madvillainy is probably his most acclaimed/best project but doom's style is weird af so none of his projects are particularly accessible. Stick with it and the payoff is great.
