    Yeah I'd agree it has a higher consistency than LOST for sure, but to be fair LOST was forced to have 24 episodes a season cuz of network tv so there was bound to be filler. Just imagine if LOST had been on HBO. I love GOT but the past few seasons have def been spotty.

    You seen The Leftovers? It was a show on HBO by the same dude who did LOST but it's way better.

    Game of Thrones is great but has had a bunch of s-----y episodes and imo isn't quite in the upper echelon that The Wire/BB/Sopranos/etc. The cultural phenomena is a big thing that makes it fun. It's kinda like LOST in that sense.
