I wouldn't say it's terrible but it's definitely not good. Just like the majority of relapse. Just generic horrorcore storytelling that is not an indication of writing talent or lyrical prowess whatsoever. No one thinks that's impressive except for actual horrorcore fans of eminems fanbase who have convinced themselves that relapse is some sort of 'cult favorite'.

U literally can't convince me anyone can keep up with what he's saying. You can't process his lyrics because of this s-----y flow. U absolutely can't. It strips the song of ANY meaning.

He's obviously just saying he's on the verge of relapsing (in context to the song) while also referencing his actual album titled relapse

It's just word association there's nothing more to it, it's both but there's hardly any deep hard meaning or message in there
