    im on the last song rn. not gonna be a hypebeast on this one like i usually am, wanna give you my genuine opinion.

    there are some BANGERS on this s---. Blood Rain is amazing imo, Dark Matter Skeleton was a highlight, i really enjoyed Silver Watch and Ruby Jaws too.

    you're at your best when you're rapping over more bassy and pulsating production imo. those beats really seem to bring a whole different flow and energy out of you, which i really think is dope as f---.

    on other cuts though, like Plasma Rays, the flows arent hitting as hard and the energy really isnt there. its tracks like these that i think could have been alot better with a more interesting beat. even songs that arent super energy based, like the closer Ruby Jaws, work because of a really ear grabbing beat matched with a hypnotic flow that i really like.

    overall this tape issa 6/10. it has some very strong highlights that i would def bump, but the other tracks kinda read as mild and somewhat bland to me.

    there is a TON of f---ing potential here. id also like to add that some of these tracks were mastered wayyyy too low. Blood Rain had a perfect mastering to me. thats def something to work on presentation wise.

    also not related to the music, the cover art isnt all that grabbing. id recommend doing no text and just a picture of something thats eye grabbing.

    aesthetics are really important when presenting your work, if i saw this tape randomly on soundcloud, i honestly wouldnt click on it solely off the strength of the cover art. you dont want a cover thats amateur. that def will drive away listeners, trust me. make your arts photographs of things or yourself. thats something that will grab a person's eye.
