    I struggle with this everyday. I’m finding it harder and harder to justify my pursuit of a degree. What bothers me the most is that 85% of the s--- you learn won’t be used in a real-world-setting.

    The hardest part for me is studying useless s---. Like I’m a business major and had to take Solar System Astronomy last semester. College is a f---ing scam i swear.

    It’s one thing I won’t miss now that I’m weeks away from my Masters and soon to be a full-time School Psychologist. I’ve tried my best to balance having fun while being as excellent in school, truthfully all that time I spent packing books was worth it for the position in life I managed to carve out. Just depend on how badly you want to put effort in this s---.

    It really depends. If you know what job you want to do & it requires a degree, and you’re at a good enough uni then it’s cool.

    But I can’t help but feel people that are doing dance degrees or whatever (no offence) at an unranked uni putting them in £40k debt is a bit of a scam. They probably just went because they didn’t know what else to do and society pressured them into it. In reality, a lot of people are better off not going to uni.

    I never even got started on my education. I've been meaning to for half a decade, but I never have enough money to do so.
    I figured I'd die of a terminal disease or I would get hit by a truck soon enough anyway.
    it's just easier to spend the money on things that make me happy, instead.
