    I could use your guys help. My mother was recently diagnosed with lung cancer, and I'm not sure where to begin as far as a good foundation or grant to go to.

    I'm hoping you guys know someone that has battled cancer and won. I would like to know what he or she did to beat it. I understand if no one wants to share.

    She beat it bro. Had to lose half of her lung to do it, but she's alive and trying to recover.

    I'm sorry to hear your bad news. My dad was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer under two years ago and withstood the necessary treatments and is now cancer free

    It's tough but it can be done friend and wish you the best

    My grandmother had cancer twice before she died. Don't know anything about how she fought it since I was only 11 at the time but it f---ing sucks man, im sorry to hear that.

    @Trackz I bought a juicer a while back cus I wanted to get more veggies in my diet without actually eating them and while researching the benefits I remember coming across a few stories of ppl attributing their success vs cancer to carrot juice. Of course theres many factors involved and a lot of things are best taken with a grain of salt but s--- idk it might be worth looking into

    luckily no one ive known has had cancer but its something i worry about

    I honestly feel like it's just luck of the draw - I never understand how some people beat it and some don't. I think earliness is key but even then it can come back. I do feel for you man, it's the worst mystery we have in life - how to beat the d--- thing.

    @Trackz my grandfather got lung cancer at 76 but he smoked his whole life... doctors gave him 1.5 year but he lived for 3 years.

    Also got an aunt that got it but they got to her 'in time' and for now she is cured.

    I wish your mother the best and I hope the situation will improve. If u ever need someone to talk to just pm me bro.

    I'll definitely look into this. The one thing I actually have my mom doing now is drinking alkaline water with high pH levels. I was told from co workers they saw incredible results from this.
