    Nah. I think OP is a little too dismissive and he should probably be in the conversation, but he's not the heights of say Pac, or Snoop, or Eminem at their peaks.

    I would argue that he definitely is, it just looks different because the way people consume music has changed. He had every single song on IYRTITL chart, including the interlude.

    Drake benefits by how people share and listen to music in the 2010s decade. He's interwoven in culture much like those mentioned but he hasn't smashed the boundary between music and cultural mainstay like they have imo. The music industry revolved around Eminem without streaming services. 50 Cent as someone said had video games made about him. If most Americans see a bandana the first thing they think of is Tupac.
