I started reading a lot more a few years ago and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. You won't regret it. I also got in the habit of putting my phone in airplane mode when I get in bed so I'll be less tempted to f--- around on the internet instead of reading (and also so I never get woken up by a text or call again) and I feel like it's improved my sleep as well.
