    We all know that Em has grown old and turned into the artist he once despised, but this, this song f----- with me. I remember hearing the real slim shady or trl and I would watch everyday. They even played it on my alt rock station (rip 99.1 whfs). I must have been in like 7th grade at the time. I couldn't get my hands on the full unedited album bc I was so young. Then, one day, my next door neighbor just gave me a copy. I listened. Track 16, "Kim" literally scared the s--- out of me. Honestly, I was disturbed. I had only known the music videos and exorbitant amount of profanity. That song was horrifying to me at that point. Now, I honestly think it's one of the most brilliant things that he has done.

    I read somewhere that he once performed this song live and nobody like literally nobody got that footage on earth (i could be wrong tho) nonetheless iconic song

    I'll take it you meant sonically. When I revisit the Marshal Mathers lp it's a song that I cringe at, but can't skip

    Yeah my bad. It sounds terrible to me. So yeah I can appreciate what he did (I guess) but I never listen

    Not sure how this song made the cut and was okayed by label execs. This song had to have had a terrible effect on the family in the long term too lol. Eminem probably wishes he never made/released this song.

    Kim is a great song. A great artistic expression imo. not sure why everybody is jumping on the bandwagon and lmao @ people calling it "musically one of the worst songs ive ever heard" when their musical taste is literally whats top 10 in the pop chart.

    His voice really turns me off here. I like the hook , but his screaming/delivery is not something I like. Not taking away from the concept tho

    even back then this was difficult to sit through, now its pretty much impossible. Gotta give credit where its due though, there's literally no one else who could have pulled this off as well as he did. If his objective was to make the listener uncomfortable, he f---in did it 10 times over.
