Aug 16, 2018 The 18th Letter (the album) is one of the greatest displays of rap skills that we've ever seen. That album is the peak performance that a rapper can achieve. Very few rappers are able to achieve that. Eminem on MMLP/TES came close, but Rakim is much more technically proficient IMO.
