    Guys I like the album...y'all are focusing on me not overlooking the still prevalent flaws. I enjoy the majority of it though...remember I said in the main thread this is the first time Em has effectively put genuine commentary and emotion on an album since 2002.

    Hate to say it, but when the dust settles, I think most people will go back to recovery over this.

    And this is from someone who hates what recovery did to ems career

    This is great for initial reactions and impressing people, but I don't see people going back to this for these songs even a year from now. It's definitely what eminem needed though. He needs to do more spontaneous stuff. But Eminem is not gonna make timeless music again till he fixes his hook game and songwriting. Ditching the popstars was the first step, but hook game still weak

    No. Recovery is better.

    It is his best album since Recovery though. The best music he's made in 8 years.

    With the flop of Revival and the critics reception of MMLP2, I can safely say this is the best album since Relapse.
    From the chaffing of rappers on most tracks to the jesting and mockery of newcomers, Slim Shady has returned to the industry he used to dominate back in the early 2000's.
    With collaborations ranging from Joyner Lucas to Jessie Reyez we see a side of Eminem we have never seen.
    Will he be able to keep it up?
