    He is the best rapper of all time when did those two records. He is the best Dead Or Alive because of those two albums. I still didn't hear a rapper as good as he was in that era.
    Not Kanye in 2010
    Not Biggie in '97
    Not Tupac in '96

    But yeah Ems flow on Devils Night was amazing.

    But SSLP is one of my all time favorite albums. People don't realize how special it was for that time frame.

    2001 Em really was the G.O.A.T. At least give the man that. For one year he literally undoubtedly could have been even bigger than he was in Hip-Hop and to Entertainment Culture as a whole. If Devil's Night was solo, the s--- would have been his Illmatic. I'm crine because them n----s in D12 ruined everything. Karnail Pitts, Deshaun Holton, and Marshall Mathers should have been the only true members, while making Ryan Montgomery an honorary affiliate.

    What’s f--- is when eminem was in his prime he was working on 8mile and the first d12 album..

    If he would have put out a solo album during that time it would have been absolutely godly.

    Eminem really never made music that would pass the test of time. He’s almost always made music for the moment. When I go back & listen to his older albums, it takes me back to those time periods. I also never thought Em was great because of the shock value but more so because he was so great at just rapping & making it seem effortless. He was so clever & witty too.

    I went to a frat house party one time & they played Superman while rapping along. Let me tell you, I don’t think i’ve ever been more uncomfortable in a party setting & i’ve seen some s--- lol
