shady xv is actually a very underrated rapper
I agree that his 2014 album was fire, though probably not his best imo

2017 - Kendrick Lamar ( Big Sean, Eminem)
2016 - J. Cole (Anderson .paak)
2015 - Kendrick Lamar ( yelawolf, big Sean, game, I dont know so many great albums I liked.)
2014 - j. Cole
2013 - Eminem ( Kanye & drake )
2012 - Kendrick Lamar
2011 - this one is too hard Jay Z Kanye, drake wayne
2010 - Eminem & Kanye West but Kanye's s--- was on another level. Arguably the best Kanye album
2009 - Mos Def or Eminem
2008 - Lil Wayne or T.I. but atmosphere's album is my favorite that year
2007 - Kanye but Jay had an awesome album too.
2006 - Lupe Fiasco since he had a great album and also commercial success.
2005 - game ( Kanye had a great album too but the documentary was legendary debut album)

1999 - Eminem but the chronic was another classic.
1998 - tough one, juvenile was so successful but I don't like their album at all. Big Pun, Lauryn Hill, OutKast, DMX, Gangstarr all had great albums I'm not sure

1995 - mobb deep or raekwon and I also like gza's album that year liquid swords a lot but.
