    Feeling around a 7.9/10...it’s kind of a shame it’s not higher, tbh. He’ll still obviously go down as one of the greats.

    I've been listening to Eminem as the main source of my music entertainment for at least 16 years now. He gets a 10 out of me. The overall sum of his career is bigger than individual parts. Nothing and no one has been able to consistently impress me for so long.

    People giving his discography less than 7 just to look cool... Funny. I have to rate the each album for this and get an overall rating but for now just off the top of my head I'll give it a 8.

    Coz I really believe the only sins of Revival are some bland hooks and Need Me. But bland, overprpduced hooks are the plague of today's hiphop anyway. However, Eminem, in contrary to some other artists, has so long verses, so many bars between the choruses, that some worse parts of the songs aren't that painful. And no f---ing auto-tune. And I love his varied flow on this album, and long-a--- verses, often absent when it comes to other artists, the fact that he cut down on the shouting, and I like the amount of serious eminem on the record (WOW, Believe, Untouchable, River - even if this is only a public stunt - Like Home, Bad Husband, In Your Head, Castle, Arose), I doublechecked it: no other album of his has that many mature songs. That's what he probably meant by saying Revival is "tame".
    And I don't think expressing my opinion here is brave. Noone can f--- me up online :dance2:

    8/10.

    There isn't many actual pure a--- albums. We just feel like there is, I feel, as Em fans, because we've been waiting for another classic since TES. He came out with 3 in a row, all greatness, which is very rare, and so anything less beyond that felt a---.

    The only truly trash albums I'd say are Encore and Revival. That's 2 out of 10.

    Then you got good but flawed albums like Infinite, Recovery & MMLP2. two great albums @ Relapse & Kam and three pure classics.
