They have messages admitting between each other admitting 69 was never a blood to begin with. So why would the feds throw him in this RICO case? Just because he was the hottest rapper this year? So f---ing unconstitutional. And I don’t even believe that was 69’s gun they found out his house while he was in Dubai. I honestly believe Shotti or another blood planted it there, before the FBI raided his home. This may be a huge break in the case for 69 to possibly get these charges thrown out. If your indictment was against the 9 tre bloods, and 69 wasn’t even a blood, then I don’t see how they can legally prosecute him. Maybe they realize that and just want him to turn on Shotti and a few members.
