Feb 20, 2019 waking up early is def the best. I wake up 6 and start work at 8, however i am a stan of snoozing so it's not unusual that i someday wake up 6 and then start to snooze for 15 minutes and then again and then again until its like 7.15 but yeah i def feel more better if i wake up early to have a quick workout, check the email and have ea nice breakfast. on weekends it definitely depends on what i have done the day before but never after 10
Feb 20, 2019 It depends. If I work 13hrs next day I'm trying to sleep as much as possible. If it's my day off I'm up at 5-5.30am, so I can do my own stuff.
Feb 20, 2019 work: 6.30 day off: 8-9AM drunk af: 6AM its weird but i dont need that much sleep after i get drunk for some reason, I wake up at 6 and feel great it helps when u drink mid week

Feb 20, 2019 When I'm drunk I always fall asleep -pass out- pretty quickly but I never sleep longer than 4-5 hours.. I wake up at like 5 am and cant sleep anymore
