Both are Eminems follow up albums after a post haitus album that wasnt well received. Personally, I enjoy Recovery more. Not Afraid is one of the most iconic hip hop songs and is a defining moment in Ems career. The album also has more substance. In Ems discog, these albums are number 4 and 5, with Recovery being his 4th classic.
while music is def. subjective, we are as close as it gets to objectively choosing one album over another...kami is simply better, there is not much room for debate..i tried to look..but there isnt...your simply wrong

Anyways kami is better imo, had a song or 2 I enjoyed I think. Recovery is the absolute last Em album id ever want to listen to, other than maybe f---in revival.

Recovery is Em's 4th classic, it is. After 4-5 year hiatus he came back with an album that was so different than his previous work, more mature, more self-aware... Relapse was ok, but Recovery was something else, like Marshall Mathers grown up and was ready to tell his f---in story.
Both garbage albums so with the poll I can’t vote. Make a both are trash option. With seduction and going through changes, I’d probably say as a project it had better songs. To where Kamikaze isn’t even listenable to me. Neither is any song off of Recovery currently, but I did listen to those few songs off and on when it first dropped. Wish people wouldn’t have bitched about relapse. I think he was heading in the right direction with relapse 2 and using his normal voice like on the cocaine leaked song. Instead, he went the full pop route ever since. And other than the Eminem show being mainly a pop album, the current Eminem is horrible making current pop music that people currently enjoy. The numbers with revival proved it.
