    Always thought Obie was pretty underrated Cheers was a great album. Drips gives him a bad rap.

    Woooah this album is great. Pleasantly surprised. Not so sure what he’s trynna do on Truth to Power but s--- with that Spice 1 feature i’ll let it slide lol

    I miss Obie trice in his Shady days....loved his Shady albums and chemistry with Em....those last two albums were subpar...but also makes sense how important Em executive producer and influence was

    I’ll give it a listen but he should always try to get an Em feature lol

    Would love to hear unreleased Obie tracks from his Shady days

    We All Die One Day is still my favorite Em verse of all time.

    Cheers was a shady classic. That era was really fun to be a fan of shady records.

    I’ll check out this new album but I’m not holding my breathe. Do we have a list of producers and features yet?

    Tbf, I literally remember nothing from Bottoms Up and The Hangover except that they weren't awful. Just never revisited them. I'll prob give them another spin before this.

    Obie was without a doubt at his best on a major label though. Shame he can't control his drinking.

    I was not expecting much from this album. But this single is shockingly way better than I anticipated. I have doubted his ability to deliver a full solo album these days. Not so much because of his lyrics or content but moreso because I doubt he can get the production he needs. I do like this song though. I’m definitely intrigued.

    I’m not a huge Obie fan but there has always been something captivating about his voice and unorthodox flow. If he has the right beats, his style fits perfectly. But when his beat selection isn’t good, he sounds so out of place to me. Looking forward to hearing this project though.

    Wish Obie was originally promoted better. Eminem should have done a video for love me. And picked better singles for cheers.

    Obie Trice is genuinely one of my favourite rappers. He's got a really distinctive and effortless delivery. I get the feeling his work ethic f---ing sucks though. The only failing of Cheers was that it was swallowed up in the hype of GRODT. Obie got really unlucky there, but he's been on a fairly steady decline since. Will definitely check out this new album hoping for the best.
