Aug 3, 2019 What's up CreativeSXN, it's been...almost a year since I poked my head in. I've been cooking up something that I think you guys might like. Beatpact.com is the world's first subscription based beat service. For $9.99, you'll gain access to an exclusive pack of beats every month from a wide array of producers (including yours truly). You'll be able to pick and choose your favorites, or download the packs as a whole. After setting up your subscription, you'll receive an e-mail prompting you to create an account on our site. Once that is set up, you'll have access to user-restricted content. We're launching in September with a free trial period, which will grant access to the first month's beats. Check out the demo below. And as soon as October rolls around, the next set of beats will be live. We're, of course, still accepting producer contributions and will be offering a spot on our Featured Producer page for the top contributors (which is also available as an advertisement space). Phase 2 of Beatpact will be the launch of the Producer's Catalog, which is essentially a Marketplace for direct-to-consumer selling of beats. If you're interested in knowing more, check out our website, or get in touch with us on social media! Beatpact.com Contact Form Twitter: @Beatpact or: @902fre (my account) @CreativeSXN
Aug 3, 2019 Will definitely check this out but I wouldn’t say it’s the first subscription service as I’ve been using the Anno Domini Nation beat subscription service for a few years and it’s a monthly subscription. Now if the beats are exclusive to each user/subscriber then that would be a first I’ve seen. Which would be dope. Either way I’m down as f--- and subscribing.
Aug 3, 2019 Thanks dude. We’re launching next month, but I’ll extend your trial period through the month of Sept as well
Aug 3, 2019 Genius idea man if I was still producing I would definitely have liked to be involved in this. This is exactly what the online beat market has been missing Best of luck to you
Aug 3, 2019 No worries man I just wanted to get ahead and go ahead and be subscribed so I wouldn’t forget later, I’m not really worried about a trial period or anything.
Aug 3, 2019 how does this work copyright wise? What if multiple artists release tracks on the same beat? Just more royalties for you?
Aug 3, 2019 Good question! So far, we haven't considered any royalty cuts at all. Our demographic is independent artists and providing a platform for the creative process. The beats we're dropping in our monthly packs are free to use, and the intellectual property remains with the producers who supplied the beats. Beatpact (as a business) doesn't hold any rights to the use of the beats. It's strictly a distribution platform - for now. Now if a song was released using one of the monthly drops, and it became a surprise hit or landed in the hands of a popular artist, negotiations would have to be made between the producer of the beat and the rapper. We are in the early stages of launching our own Marketplace for direct-to-consumer sales. These would be exclusive beats not released in the monthly packs. The intellectual property and credit would again remain with the producer, except Beatpact would earn a percentage from the individual sales. I hope that answered your question!

Aug 6, 2019 First month subscribers are being entered into a draw for a free Beatpact Dad Hat. So, you're in! @CreativeSXN
Aug 8, 2019 So everyone is getting the same beats, what the difference between just finding these on yt...
Aug 8, 2019 The difference is that these monthly drops are hand picked and curated by a handful of people with 10+ years of music background. Our creative team consists of rappers, beat makers, EDM producers, audio engineers, etc. from all different backgrounds. We've been focusing on building a collective of artists who are contributing to Beatpact. We're not looking to overlap the *FREE* Drake-Type-Beat or *FREE* Tyler-Type-Beat producers and rappers. We're developing a network of like-minded, independent artists who work on a shoe string budget and providing a reputable service that is economically viable.
Aug 8, 2019 Yeah you sound like a great salesman and all but why would anyone choose this over finding instrumentals/producers themselves. Not to hate on you or nothing but it feels like you're harping on people who don't have much knowledge about music. Are you giving them unlimited leases to these instrumentals or are they just for listening to or what. The beats you posted are good btw im not talking about quality at all.
Aug 8, 2019 Convenience. We put out a market development questionnaire a few months back prior to our business plan that had the type of questions you’re asking. But this is not the avenue for discussing those types of questions! This was just meant to be a slight advert as well as some friendly discussion prior to our September launch If you want to know a bit more about the logistics, you can reach someone here: https://beatpact.com/contact-us/
