    So, my buddy from high school met a girl online from thailand about eight months ago. They started 'dating' and about four months ago she convinced him to move to Thailand to take care of her family. He has a pretty large inheritance he got from insurance from his parents dying in a car crash. So in Thailand westerners can't own land, so when he bought a house for them he had to give her the money to put it in her name.
    Last night we were talking and he said she won't ever have sex with him or be around him naked, and she says its cause they aren't married and he thinks its a cultural thing. He said she does give him head.

    What's the easiest way to tell him that hes dating a guy and just bought him a house?

    Sounds like the type of dude that gives his credit card number to scam callers and emails telling him he’s the long lost descendent of the deceased prince of east jabib and all they need is his credit card number to transfer him his money

    I'm sure we've all done our fair share of dumb/embarrassing things for love but I will never understand people who make decisions this rash. If he's into dating a ladyboy then more power to him but it seems pretty clear from OP that he doesn't know lol.

    My guess is he probably just feels alone in the world if his parents died this young in his life (assuming he's the same age as @yung elton ) and he's clinging to any sense of family he can find. It's hard to tell people something bad about their significant other because they're not gonna listen to you and it might hurt your friendship until they figure it out on their own. I'm usually of the mind to not say anything unless actual abuse is occurring (whether that be emotional, physical, sexual) and I think this definitely counts as abuse so I would intervene personally.
