Illmatic used to be my favorite, but I really have to be in the mood to sit down and listen to it nowadays. Ready to die gets 5 timbs up from me

this is one of the worst takes on the site I've ever seen. I'm fond of Cheers but its best strength is just past prime Eminem's ghostwriting.

The Setup is the only song from Cheers that can hang with GRODT
and thats mostly cause Dre was doing his best Pharell impression

I don’t know for certain but on some songs Obie sounds identical to 2003 em in flow and rhyme scheme so it’s my assumption

I’m 100% certain Em ghostwrote a few verses on Devil’s Night as well.

Also if GRODT isn't the best debut album of all time, name a better/more successful single than In Da Club. That 1 fucken song was 50's debut it was so f---ing succesful

in da club is a great song and was a massive hit. and get rich is a great album! but its closest analogue is probably doggystyle, which is leaps and bounds better.

Doggystyle is not better than GRODT just because Eminem has no involvement on it.

like i get what your saying by calling them analogues, but one is named after a sex position and the other is like the entirety of gangsta rap summed up in 5 words
