136 games already and the system has only been out for a year and a half. I constantly hear people say it has no games (not on here but elsewhere), but they just aren't looking.

Would you say it’s worth the jump from 4? I’d like one, I just haven’t seen any game that makes me wanna go out and buy one. Ultimately, I think I’ll end up waiting another year or two.

edit: actually I will for sure go out and buy one when god of war comes out.

Holy s--- my mum and brother just came round and gave me my birthday present from nearly 2 months ago. A playstation f---ing 5!!!

My family does not have a lot of money so this is a double whammy of amazingness; the fact that they all clubbed together to get me this and that they were even able to get one! I'm so happy right now!!

Sony is offering two free games to PS4 owners for a limited time as part of an initiative to encourage people to stay at home.

"As part of PlayStation’s “Play At Home” initiative, PlayStation 4 owners can obtain a digital copy of Journey and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for free starting tomorrow, April 15th, at 8PM ET until May 5th at 8PM ET. PS4 owners living in Germany and China will be given Journey and Knack 2. Each month, Sony already offers free digital games to PlayStation Plus subscribers; however, this new promotion is available to all users, regardless of having an active PlayStation Plus subscription.

Sony also wants players to keep in mind that game downloads may take longer. Last month, Sony announced it would be working with internet service providers to slow game download speeds to help preserve internet access in the US and Europe due to increased usage during the pandemic.

The new initiative also includes a $10 million creative fund to help independent game developers undergoing financial hardships due to the pandemic, said Jim Ryan, president and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment"

I got this beautiful volcanic red PlayStation 5 controller. I was originally gonna stick with only 2 controllers but I love this color too much to pass it up when I saw it. I chose this over the cosmic red which doesn’t even look red to me, it looks closer to pink.

I also got the charging dock because f--- it why not, it’ll be more intuitive than charging with the USB cables since I have 3 controllers now. I’ll probably get a 4th controller sometime just to even it out.

I would, but I can already tell Marsh is dogshit at the game, so no thanks lol I already have some good teammates to play with. Plus, I’m not proficient enough at speaking Spanish yet so I wouldn’t be able to effectively communicate with him without Google Translate always on.
