I would love to see, just as an experiment, CR and Messi together

Also I would probably be happy about a success of any polish club likewise, but I can see hardcore fans of rival teams wishing for them to lose here too and I see nothing wrong with it. I think it's funny in some way and entertaining. It also makes football more interesting and "alive".

It's pretty disastrous for Barcelona one way or another if Messi leaves or stays regardless. Koeman won't be having otherworldly expectations if Leo departs, there won't be an obligation for them to go compete in the UCL to once again get obliterated. He can just focus on trying to start a new project in the club...whatever the f--- it is cause at the moment they look lost.

Messi should seriously consider Italy, the slower tempo is ideal for his playing style where he can spray passes into space for whatever forward has the fortune of playing alongside him. He'd have to take a massive, massive paycut as no team could afford him, the payoff is he'd at least be legitimately competing for trophies again. Juventus would be astronomical, but realistically he'd probably reunite with Pep or head over to Paris to see if they can finally win the UCL.

Man, Bayern really messed up the state of Barcelona's entire club lmao. Messi and Suarez on the verge of leaving... especially Messi... Man 2020 is only getting crazier.
As a Madridista, I gotta say that I'm pleased to see Barcelona is in shambles... That team has been one man team for the last decade... Fraud. They're going back to the original place before the Messi or even Ronaldinho era.

What Leo Messi precisely did within 3 hours to the world!
    ■ Created a mass agitation and unrest in furious Catalonia.
■Shook the Barcelona board and forced a mass resignation for the people who are ruling for last 6 years.
■Created a potential unprecedented financial crysis with sponsors withdrawing from Barcelona partnership.
■Shook the world to be trended as number 1 person in google search.
■Created a 2 million new followers in Insta within 3 hours to break the record of Jennifer Aniston.
    ■ Became the top discussed/searched topic in Twitter, Insta, Facebook and Google
    ■ Created a global sports concern where a lot of global sports organizations raised their voice. That includes tennis, NBA, F1, Baseball, Ice hockey, American football, football, Cricket, Athletics.
■The man who shook the world without stating a single world or PR stunt..

Well In the last 10 years Plzen played 3 times in the Champions League groups (twice they qualified by playing 3 matches and finishing 3rd in the group stage 2 times) and 3 times in the Europa League groups - In 2012/2013 they won the group where they beat Atletico madrid 1-0 and in the Round of 32 they knocked out Napoli by winning 3-0 in Italy and 2-0 at home.

So based on their past experience in European competitions I thought they were favorites. I said in this thread way back that it will be very difficult for Alkmaar to go through and it was, however good for them for qualifying to the next round!

Would love Messi to play for Inter Milan, Serie A up until the end of the season was very competitive and I feel like it would be huge if he can break Juventus' streak with Conte (one of my favourite managers).

But I think he needs to silence the haters moving to the prem.

Anyone watching the FA ommunity shield Final ? it's basically the super cup in England between the winner of the FA Cup vs the winner of the Premier league.
Arsenal - Liverpool, the gunners lead 1-0, Aubameyang scored.
