    have only had time for one full listen today, but honestly I’m pretty impressed. The length is obviously daunting and I have no doubt that a 60ish minute version would be superior. But Kanye sounds like himself again (not always, but more often than I expected) and the features are so smartly curated. I didn’t enjoy Jesus Is King, and I was skeptical that Kanye could ever find a way to incorporate his religion into his music again in a way that felt universal. This album mostly threads that needle really well. In a week I may like this a lot more or a lot less than I do right now, but to me it definitely shows that Kanye, lost as he might be on a personal level, still has a creative pulse

    You kanye stans have a lot of nerve knocking em stans lol. Especially after the last five years.

    so far? This is good. Not great. Fwiw I thought TLOP could’ve been another masterpiece but he fumbled the ball. This is similar in that there’s a lot of rly inspired moments muddled in with boring self indulgence. It’s way better than the previous two albums tho
