    I really don't understand how (current) Eminem is technically good right now. That rappity rapid stop scream go bs flow is pain to ears. Rhymes for rhyming sake don't do any justice too.

    You are though man. I think a (recent) Eminem song is a marvellous display of technical ability, but when was the last time he made an album full of songs which had content worth listening to again? It ran dry with Eminem because he usually only spoke of his problems, where guys like Kendrick and Drake rap about issues relevant to their generations.

    As much as I love 50 Cent (and will forever stan him) the same thing is true for him too.

    I'd say Drake. Wayne, Nicki and Drake are very popular at the moment because they make a lot of club s--- and a lot of hits. Eminem said, "It is not about lyrics anymore, it's about a hot beat and a catchy hook", and it's true.
