    Eh, I agree with you. George Floyd lines aside, Em still definitely isn't offensive like he used to be. He doesn't really want to push the envelope. Old Eminem would have supported a figure with the temperament of Donald Trump, for instance, because he's the absolute embodiment of "I don't give a f---". Now, Em clearly doesn't support him, and the criticism he gives in a song like Like Home isn't even policy-related, it's about Trump's character. It's the total opposite of how he used to act.

    I want to hear the song that went too far that was meant for Kamikaze. He must've said some offensive s--- on it.

    But yes, in general Em hasn't been offensive in probably 15 years or so. Even relapse he crossed a few lines here and there but I dont really remember much of a backlash against the lyrics.

    It's too bad the OG b--- verse wasnt what got released. Those lines at Revolt were the closest to an "offensive" Eminem verse in a while.

    I don't think it's a race issue...I just think it's a matter of it's boring to be offensive just for shock value...which is what Relapse is, even though that album has banging beats, and one of my favorite tracks ("Hello"), the album is nothing more than grade-school shock value.

    He needs to have a purpose for his lines, he didn't bring up Columbine on "I'm Back" for no reason...

    those are some ruthless lines...I know some white kid from the south are taking those lines lol for his racist freestyle rant

    if a black artists used that in a diss...it would be acceptable though...just saying

    Em is smart enough to clown celebrities or white serial killers or white presidents because he’s aware of the culture he represents....He would be the ultimate villain if he went psycho with lines like that...
