Aug 6, 2020 2pac often referred to white people as "devils" in his songs, and a white guy coming up from under dre's wing (2pac had a beef with dre at the time of his death, so let's assume it would have continued) was just a combination of everything that would piss 2pac off. He would have considered eminem as piggy backing off of black people's struggle. I don't see 2pac accepting white rappers at all.
