Feb 12, 2015 Leaked overnight I am heading out on a 3 hour car trip for work today so this will be a perfect review session. The version that leaked is the international deluxe so it has up to #18 Warriors and then Battle Cry and Monster have already come out.

Feb 15, 2015 I finally got a chance to listen to this yesterday and maybe it's just me getting all excited for new music from them, but this album's amazing so far. I loved their first album but this is waaaaay better imo
Feb 16, 2015 Drake's mixtape made me forget about doing a review for this but here are my thoughts: - Album is musically different than Night Visions which is a good and a bad thing. Overall it's less stadium rock and more a mix of different of pop styles like industrial, electronica, etc. - I'm not sure there is a radio hit on here as good as Radioactive which may hurt the band as they try to keep popularity. The best follow up to Radioactive would have been Battle Cry but they gave that to the Transformers OST. - The distorted voice effect Dan uses on a handful of songs like Shots is pretty annoying. - Friction, Hopeless Opus, Gold and Polaroid are my favourite tracks. I hated Gold initially and find it pretty catchy now. I'm going to do my best not to let this album get lost in the shuffle with new Drake, Big Sean, Kendrick, and Kanye coming this quarter because I think it will grow on me over time. Initially 6.5/10.. Probably 7/10 after 7-8 listens.
Feb 17, 2015 I didn't really like it a whole lot on first listen. Not sayign that's it bad, but nothing really drew me in. However, I didn't really care for Night Visions the first time I heard it and several of the songs on that album ended up being on my Summer 13 playlist
