Not quite a 10/10 but it’s still insanely good. 9.2/10.
I really enjoy his storytelling in songs and being able to add in a good message about life. No other rapper can do it as well as him.
I still think his (and Em’s) most underrated song is “What if you and I were gay together?” Song honestly goes to unprecedented territory and is so full of life it’s hard to not listen on repeat.
“Hate fa----s? The answers yes” boy have we come a long way since then. Em was terrible back then. Hence another reason why I like WIYAIWGT. It speaks to his maturity and being a good Christian.
Joyner makes vanilla storytelling songs. That song with Ashanti had a nice beat but the lyrics were basic af. "We are so toxic and bad for each other but still always come back together", yeah never heard that scenario before. Pretty corny tbh. As if all that sad s--- he raps about really happened to him.
