Jan 16, 2015 I've never heard one song by him that I even slightly like. And I've given him many chances. Anybody that knows my taste in music knows I usually love everybody in the Dr. Dre family tree. So I really want to like Kendrick but I just can't. His music just isn't good. His voice sounds like E.T. and his style is similar to Wayne Brady's. And for somebody who is now considered the best rapper in the West, I hear absolutely nothing West Coast about his music. Game > Kendrick any day of the week and it's not even close.
Jan 16, 2015 What projects have you heard by him? Hip-hop is hardly regional anymore btw. The Documentary and DA are great but Game is horrible now. I'd take S80 and GKMC over any Game project.
Jan 16, 2015 I heard GKMC. I liked his feature on Game's song The City. That's pretty much it. Thought he was horrible on Love Game too. And that song he did with Dre "Women f---in weather..." Wow that was bad. I'm just not a Kendrick fan I guess.

Jan 16, 2015 You like Eminem's shouty overly-aggressive voice but can't tolerate it when Kendrick switches up his vocals from time to time like Andre 3000?, owkay then. I'm a Game fan, but Kendrick is on another level.. there must be something wrong with you, do some soul searching.
Jan 16, 2015 Not trolling at all. I just don't like Kendrick's music. Kinda like how most people on here don't like post-hiatus Eminem. He's one of the few rappers I just flat out don't like. I mean I'm not the biggest Kanye fan but I thought College Dropout was a great GREAT album. I don't like Wayne or Rick Ross but they have a few good songs here & there. I can't say that about Kendrick. At least not from what he's done so far. If Kendrick did an album that was predominantly produced by Dre I would definitely give it a chance. That probably won't happen tho.
Jan 16, 2015 It's "women, weed, and weather," which is a Biggie callback. I love that song but it's not indicative of Kendrick's style at all. I'm just hard-pressed to believe that someone doesn like b---- Don't k--- My Vibe and Swimming Pools at least. Both are very accessible songs and I've literally never met anyone else who doesn't like them. Give GKMC another try or listen to Section.80, you're missing out.

Jan 26, 2015 Jarren Benton is pretty d--- underrated. His new EP that just dropped surprised me. I've heard some of his songs back then, but never gave the dude a chance. Really feeling the production too.
