Back in my day you had to listen for breathing when calling a girls land line tryna get some. 5 phones going off in a house at once, some unwanted n----- gonna be listening in.
Glad as f--- my house phone says "conference" on the screen if more than one phone is picked up

I was born during the 90's and the drastic change between physical and digital media is still pretty crazy to think about. The present is "my day and age" but I can vividly remember reading through TV Guides and scheduling my days to see which cartoon/programs were on and when. On Demand wasn't a thing, Netflix wasn't a thing. It was exciting to catch a show you liked. I think we enjoyed things a lot more when it wasn't readily available at our fingertips.
