It was a chilly, dark night out out here in Utah.

I was laying in bed with my girlfriend when I decided to pick up my phone and log into the greatest forum on this mf planet, SectionEighty™. I knew the Side B thread was going hard so I jumped in to witness a massive L for stans around the world. It was about 10 minutes until midnight EST --- It was now or never.

Then it happened. Somebody posted an Apple Music screenshot that looked official as ever and my night - possibly even my entire life - was changed forever. The album was real.

Immediately, my eyes DARTED to the features in hopes of seeing GOATs like NAV, Lil' Durk, or even The Kid LAROI... but I was severely let down. However, there was one miniscule light at the end of the tunnel...

Intro:
MuMbLe RaP rUiNiNg EvErYtHiNg...I'm not surprised. Beat sounds promising.

Verse 1:
Some nice bars on here. Literature, Boston Marathon, etc. There's something magical everything Eminem says "fifty" even when he's not talking about 50 Cent (Fifties, hundreds, and twenties).

"Fiddle with the clitoris"

Hook:
I love me some Ty$, but GOD I wish this was Nate Dogg. Mixing seems a little...off...but with Ty's vocals/layering you never really know if it's intended or not. Not bad by any means, but not outstanding.

Verse 2:
Em comes in a little weak but it gets back into the groove. Never in my life did I expect to hear Em harmonizing with Ty Dolla $ign but it's kind of cool, tbh. Curtis Blow line was nice.

Verse 3:
Ah yes, we like death threats and screaming noises on Eminem albums, don't we? The beat intensifying as he flows into reminiscing about other rappers and Yo! MTV Raps is sensational.

...anddd he ruins it by going supersonic with vah-GIN-ah bars. Why? WHY?

Gunshot ending was fine. Swapping that with letting the beat ride out wouldn't have been better or worse.


Overall:
I mean...I guess it kind of exceeded my expectations for 2020 Eminem with Ty Dolla $ign. Ty definitely compromised more of his style than Em did, which is fine considering it's primarily his track so I didn't NEED a Ty renegade.

Light 7/10. Probably not even in my top five favorite songs on the project.

Again, in a perfect world, it would have been Nate Dogg.

I only listened through once so these answers might be wrong but it's looking like:
Killer (until he goes fast) is an easy #1. Beat is crazy infectious.
Book of Rhymes
Zeus
Gnat
Tone Deaf (minus the mixing)

It's filled with a lot of 8/10s so it's kind of hard to pick tbh...
