    2Pac's voice had such passion, he had real distinct qualities that separated him from MonoTone rappers like Jay-Z or Biggie ( even if I love both of them)

    of course @Jet , the same man that sh---ed on 2Pac & dismissed him as average (while never hearing a real studio album) gives props to big Sean's voice instead of 2Pac's.

    The logical answer would be Dr. Dre, he doesn't write, so his voice is the only reason he raps.
