    [​IMG] It’s been 6 years since drake admitted he wasn’t from houston, he wasn’t from Memphis, he was from The 6ix. Six long years. I became a drake fan 6 years ago. Legend is one of the best openers of all time. There’s not really a single bad song on here. It’s the mans only classic album, in my opinion 6 man, 6 god, you and the 6 - 6 years ago

    I’d still rank Take Care ahead of this, but definitely his second best. I think it falls off a bit at the end, but the first 9 tracks are crazy. The rest is hit or miss.

    I still remember all the rumors that night saying it was a diss to Baby and all that lol

    this is my favorite Drake album. I always think of Big Ghost's perfect analogy back when he was still reviewing s--- "NWTS was when Theon Greyjoy went back to the Iron Islands. IYRTITL is when he took Winterfell. VIEWS is when Theon became Reek"

    The A-side is some of his best work but I always found the B-side pretty weak besides jungle which is A1.

    The song Jungle samples > Jungle

    Eons better. Whiny a--- n----- ruining the original with his half-baked vocals. But yeh. A-Side straight. Take Care still his magnum opus. Nothing Was The Same will forever be the most overrated album of all time. It is a snoozefest.

    Just because Drake decided to "Apply Pressure" and "Be More Aggressive" (Personality and delivery-wise.), that does not mean it was executed perfectly. Nothing Was The Same starts and ends at Tuscan Leather (Which is by far his best intro.

    Also one of his best songs out of his whole catalog. I'm still disgusted the album literally gets boring as f--- right after.). You don't make a song that good and not at least keep up with that tier of sonic and lyrical quality.

    Now & Forever is, in my opinion, the only weak song on the whole album and that’s just because I don’t love that drake style

    Never liked 6PM or Company at all really. Now & Forever is cool I just always forget it exists because it's sandwiched in between two songs I don't like.

    Haven't listened to this front to back in years but back then my listens of that album were whittled down to stopping after Preach then skipping the rest besides jungle lol
