I have EA access so Im able to play this now and figured I'd share my thoughts. I can only play through the prologue and chapter one of the campaign, but it seems very interesting. Killing people nets you zero points, the gsme(so far) seems to favor you arresting people. The arrest mechanic is neat, flash your badge to make enemies freeze(you can make up to three people freeze at once) and move in for the arrest. These were tense moments. If you don't train your gun on one of the enemies they will try to draw their weapon, to counter this you must switch back and forth between them. To add more incentive for arresting people, there are certain criminals with warrants out, arresting them nets you more points.
Riding around in a police car as the passenger was pretty cool. At stop signs you can hear people on the corner talking, then see them shut up when they realize you're watching them.

On to the multiplayer. When I played the beta I hated it. I had no desire to buy this game. But having access to all the maps and modes has changed my mind. Blood money is so much fun. Police and criminals battle over a stack of money. The police want it for evidence and the bad guys want it for themselves. This makes for some intense firefights. You can also steal money from the other teams vault as well.
Rescue was the other mode I played some of. There are no re spawns in this mode. As the police you must rescues at least one hostage or eliminate all enemies. As the criminals you cannot allow any of the hostages to be rescued. Approaching a room where a hostage is is exciting to say the least. Knowing when you open the door there could be an enemy on the other side waiting for you made my palms sweat lol. Rushing in is not advised and teamwork is a must.

The animations for the multiplayer seem much smoother than they did in the beta. It also feels like you are running when you run, in the beta it felt like I was floating everywhere. The guns feel good too. In the beta it felt like I was firing air soft rifles, in the actual game it feels like I'm firing a powerful rifle or shotgun. Overall I'm happy I started playing this and will probably pick this up when it comes out Tuesday.
